LET'S Roll With Speedo

1. Rider terms of use apply from the time rider registers an account with Speedo.


1.2 Before using the service, it is important you agree to the rider terms of use. Using Speedo service will mean you agree to the terms of use. 


2. Speedo provides an application service, to request and book a ride. Payment is also made via app.

Speedo app is available to download on your smartphone devices on play store and app store. 


2.1 At the time of requesting a ride through the App, Speedo will process your request by considering your location and the driver distance. 


2.2 The rider or driver may cancel the request before the journey begins. Notification will be displayed through the App.


2.3 Cancellation charges may apply if the rider has cancelled the journey request more than 4 minutes after the driver has accepted the request. 


2.4 Rider may also incur charges if a driver arrives at rider location and driver awaits for rider for more than 5 minutes, if rider does not arrive, driver can cancel the journey. Rider may incur charges.


3 Lost property 


3.1 If rider has lost an item, they may contact the driver directly. Rider can also use the Speedo support panel to report lost item from the App. 


3.2 Rider may report lost item to Speedo within 24 hours of their journey. 


3.3 If rider lost item is not found, Speedo and Driver hold no responsibility. 


4 During journey 


4.1 Short routes may be taken by the driver during a journey. Rider may also recommend a suitable route for their journey. 


4.2 Rider may update their final destination of journey. 

4.3 Rider must NOT carry drugs or alcohol in the driver vehicle.

4.4 Rider must NOT carry or use any weapon in the driver vehicle 


5 Fare and payment 


5.1 Rider can view estimate fare before requesting a ride.


5.2 Rider must make journey payment through the Speedo App via a card payment.


5.3 If ride is cancelled; Speedo will refund payment through the card details provided at the time of booking.  **Also refer to 2.3 & 2.4


6 Contact, feedback and complaints 

6.1 If a rider wishes to contact Speedo for support or complaints you may do this by emailing info@speedocabs.com 


6.2 Speedo appreciates feedback from customers to improve our services. Rider may give feedback via app after completing their journey. 


7. Permissions


7.1 We are using the following permission set for only input purposes. These permissions are not used to store any type of personal information from the user.

android.permission.CAMERA
android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE
android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS,
android.permission.READ_CONTACTS

Above authorizations are utilized distinctly to catch data from the camera, perused telephone state, and read contact for perusing contact subtleties for a crisis call. Information of client taking under authorization is appropriately secure and under law of google consents.

7.2 Location Permission Declaration:

a) ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
b) ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
c) ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION
ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION & ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Above permission is used for access location after allowing the user for accurate delivery of the product to door of customer. Location service is used under the privacy policy of Google Play Developer Program Policies. We don’t share any type of location data or customer information for any additional resources. we ensure to the customer for safe and accurate delivery with privacy taking under an authorization is appropriately secure and under the law of google consents.
7.3 ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION
Above the location background, permission is used for Delivery/service (for example, food, package) tracking on the user side. Location service is used under the privacy policy of Google Play Developer Program Policies. We don’t share any type of location data or customer information for any additional resources taking under an authorization is appropriately secure and under the law of google consents. Should you have concerns regarding this Policy or the Services that we offer, please feel free to write to us.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, all users or visitors of the App agree that they have read the terms mentioned in this terms of use and agree to be bound by them for as long as they continue to either use the App or avail Services of the Company.
